Work directly with business and product owners to solution business needs- Work as part of the architecture team to develop new tools and to create proof of concepts using the latest technologies in the domain- Able to mentor junior and mid-level team members- Able to handle escalations alone both during business hours and during off hours- Research and solve issues on critical production applications- Able to handle complex application requests without assistance- Collaborate with team members to identify the requirements to connect the business layer with other application layers- Considered an application owner by the business- Collaborate with the architect to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and expectations- Recruit, hire and develop the needed team members with advanced technical competence
