Job Description

We are looking for a full-time, passionate SDET(Software Development Engineer in Test) with 3+ years' experience to join our team of innovative experts and seek viable customer focused cloud-based solutions for the Horizontal Drilling Industry.

Our products solve real-world problems in the Horizontal Directional Drilling industry and are used by real customers. As such, you will be responsible for executing all levels of testing. The ideal individual has a proven track record of extraordinary problem-solving skills. DCI offers a highly collaborative work environment with a very challenging domain problem.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyse user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product manager.
• Rest API automation using C#.
• Functional/GUI automation using selenium and C#.
• Design and develop automation scripts based on scenarios identified
• Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle

Required Candidate profile

• B.Tech. / B.E. (relevant specialization) / MCA from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer (Developer).
• Knowledge of .NET, HTML, C#, JavaScript and web client technologies
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as JIRA
• Familiarity with version control management software (e.g. Git)
• Familiarity unit test frameworks (NUnit), unit test execution and coverage analysis
• Experience using some of the following: Postman, swaggerUI, Visual Studio, Jenkins.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
