Job Description
1 Position: Sr. Project Co-ordinator/ Assistant Manager- Project
Location: Andheri West
Qualification: BE Civil (mandatory)
Experience- 3 to 5 years in relevant profile
Salary- Upto 3 lpa
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Contracts and agreements before starting with the project
- Planning & Coordinating
- Coordinating with Project Manager for new sites
- Estimate Material required: - (Texture & Paint and Scaffolding).
- Tools & Equipment Required.
- Man Power ( Company labour or Contractor)
- Finalization of Service Order.
- Benchmarking
- Estimation of Scaffolding/ cradles erection & dismantling billing amount of contractor.
- Purchase Coordination
- Certifying purchase bills/ invoices
- Verifying the data on weekly & monthly basis
- Checking the report on daily basis and forwarding to Billing department.
- Forwarding material requests from sites, forwarding to subordinates for further process
- Material Stock Details
- Keeping track on the stock of Machinery, cradles and safety Equipments from all the sites on weekly or monthly basis.
- Contractors
- Bill Certification received from the contractors
- Ensure the debit note to be made.
- Monthly Outstanding Statement.
- Updating payment distribution on Weekly basis (accounts will provide payment detail on weekly basis).
Desirable Skills
- Excellent and in depth knowledge in Civil Industry (Preferable from Paint& Texture Industry)
- Effective coordinator
- MS Tools (Experience is Must Advance)
- Willingness to learn
Education : BE Civil (mandatory)
Location: - Andheri
CTC: Depends upon the experience .
Salary:- Depends upon the candidates experience.
