Dear Candidates,

We have an urgent opening for HR-Executive for Faridabad office.

Job responsibilities will be :-

Making Salary (Including Register Of Wages, Register Of Overtime, Attendance,PaySlip,Workman Register)

Handle End To End Recruitment Process Of Employees Including Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Salary Breakups.

Providing Experience Letter to Employees.

On boarding new starters

Joining formalities & Induction

Employee relations/engagements

Handle Audit Reports.

Making Labour Welfare Fund data.

Generating ESIC, PF challan

Prepare all register regarding all Labour Laws such as accident Register, Deduction Register, Damage Register, Advance Register, Fine Register.

Generating TIC

Service Certificate of left employees

Maintain employees records their personal files etc.

MIS Reporting

Taking care of Administration Work.
