Accounts/Finanace Manager with US Operation experience

Location - Kalyani Nagar, Pune

##Looking for candidates who are willing to work in night shift from 6 PM - 3.30 AM##

Job Description:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including
month and end-year process
accounts payable/receivable
general ledger
Payroll
cash forecasting
revenue and expenditure variance analysis
Reconciliations - Bank / Creditor / Debtors
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Good Team Handling experience.
Ability to direct and supervise

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

BCom/MCom/MBA
