• Job Skill- Hadoop, Cassandra, MSSQL, Oracle, Perl, Python, Linux, SOAP, REST
• Job description- Responsibilities: Research and recommend the latest open source tools, evolving cutting edge technologies and industry techniques to achieve optimal results Implement automated build and deployment methodologies.
• Manage multiple environments with a cross- functional integrity to the quality assurance function Participate in design reviews and contribute towards building scalable and extensible architectures Document and manage software platform matrix and operational processes
• Collaborate with offshore operations and engineering teams to deploy builds in different environments and to implement follow- the- sun model
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline (CS, EE, Math, Physics, etc.) 3+ years' web deployment experience handling Production, part of IT operations or devops.
• Hands- on experience in deploying software in Private clouds and/or Public clouds (AWS) Hands- on experience in Linux/Unix environment and scripting languages: KSH , BASH , Perl , Python Hands- on experience with Databases (SQL/NoSQL) Oracle , MySQL , Hadoop , Cassandra Strong experience in setup and managing DevTest (Pre- Production) and Production environment Strong experience with Apache/Tomcat/JBoss based web applications and services (SOAP , REST , etc.)
• Strong experience in implementing continuous integration using Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
• Strong experience in GIT and parallel development , branching strategies and methodologies
• Strong in writing deployment automation/orchestration scripts
• Must have worked with security standards for Web Applications and Services Experience in monitoring tools like Nagios and Zabbix Strong communications, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to adapt to time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast pace environment.
• Kubernetes experience is a big plus.
