Job Description

To generate quality scores fairly and consistently, according to guidelines and formats of practice, for a defined sample of jobs sent to client
To ensure feedback is given and recorded and accurate reporting sent to the stakeholders within the defined timelines
Participation in Quality Briefings ensuring that findings, updates, trends, etc., are shared with all team members
Actively participate in client feedback calls and calibrate.
Participate in knowledge transfer to associates
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to Training and process improvement

***Doctors with clinical experience can also apply.
