The candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment cycle along with strategizing for ensuring pipeline as per the requirement from the business.

Job Description:-

  • Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent for technology hiring from diverse sources as per manpower
  • Responsible for Middle level & Senior Management
  • Works with senior management, hiring managers and HR staff to develop yearly staffing plans, Workforce planning
  • Leads communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview Provides feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills .
  • Pleasing personality with excellent presentation skills .
