Job Details

Provide Technical Customer Service

Continuous monitoring of Applications

Issue recording and verification

Write Support Documentation

Manage Service level agreement for each type of issue

Open and track tickets through resolution and give summary reports to customers.

Generate customer activity reports and track time to resolve issues.

Execute resolutions to problems and follow standard practices.

Develop troubleshooting tips

Develop best practices and guidelines for technical support.

Coordinate with IT/software and QA resources for shared responsibilities.

Extend end user support for current applications.

Identify and correct problems critical to routine operations.

 

Skill set

Experience on Web application/ hosting and windows server 2012, 2016.

Must have a good working knowledge on MS SQL Server, My SQL.

Sound knowledge/ process of identifying problems/issues/requirements

Experience in managing application support activities.

Excellent in communication and coordinating with stakeholders

Responsible for analysis of current programs including diagnosis, debug and troubleshooting of problem and quickly add resolution or work a way to provide a fix.

Hands on experience in maintaining and debugging live software systems.

Ability to diagnose & identify genre of problem and categorized into hardware, operating systems software, application programs ,network failures etc.

Sound knowledge of development methodologies cycle.

Excellent technical & analytical skills.

Sound knowledge of OOPS concepts.

3 to 4 years of experience on a similar role.

Good to have any certifications on Microsoft technologies and service delivery like ITIL , Kanban etc.

Graduate in computer Science
