Job Description
Our company is seeking individuals to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, phone/electronic interviews and mystery audits
With most of our paid focus group studies, you have the option to participate remotely online or in-person. This is a great way to earn additional income from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
- Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time.
- Participate by completing written and oral instructions.
- Complete written survey provided for each panel.
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided. Then be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date.
Our objective is to gather inputs on the below pointers:
- New product development to test consumer reaction to new product concepts and prototypes.
- Test communications programs and can provide an indication of how consumers will react to specific advertising messages and other types of marketing communications.
- To generate output that helps advertising and promotion managers position a particular product, service, or institution with respect to their target audience.
- Reactions to new types of product packaging can also be determined.
- to discover more about consumer habits and product usage.
- Reveal how different products and services are used by consumers. In addition they can be used to find out more about consumer attitudes toward products and services.
- Quality of service can be evaluated through the use of focus groups.
- To gather information about consumer attitudes and perceptions.
- Idea generation is another area in which focus groups are useful to businesses.
We would encourage participant to talk about their problems and unfulfilled needs around a particular topic. From this type of focus group new ideas can be generated concerning possible new products and services.
