• Lead a scrum teams as a Scrum Master in one of the key business division for Sixt called Mobility Division, helping and supporting the development and successful completion of large - scale initiatives across a diverse set of projects.
• Arranges, facilitates and schedules meetings, demos and decision - making processes to ensure that the proper collaborative process is in use. This includes sprint team backlog grooming, estimating and sizing efforts, release planning, sprint planning daily stand - ups, and retrospectives.
• Build rapport with team members and stakeholders so that they can feel when something is about to go wrong with the program, and can proactively work to mitigate risks
• Acts as a servant leader , and helps the team negotiate between the development team members (including the Product Owner) and program stakeholders
• Identify development teams challenges and opportunity areas through continuously working with them in metric based & stakeholder feedback mechanisms
• Act as a change agent to ensure that the agile process is followed including all the scrum ceremonies followed and deliverable's are met.
• Ensure that scoping, planning, estimating, and resource management activities are performed by the team
• Ensures that the day - to - day progress of the team is tracked and communicated to the required stakeholders.

• Around 3 years of Scrum Master experience in overall 5 8 years of IT experience
• Basic knowledge of Agile principles and practices. Drive all the required rituals for a development team.
• Have led 2 scrum teams simultaneously (or 1 big team with around 10 - member development team) with outstanding results relying on Agile frameworks and artifacts.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication & negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills while collaborating with global and inter - dependent teams and possess good presentation skills.
• Experience with agile tracking tools, JIRA and Confluence knowledge is desired.
• Understanding of iterative and incremental product development practices, and to manage technical and functional risks working with the dev team closely.
• Technical knowledge of the software development process design, development, test, and deployment. Expect to have moderate technical knowledge.
• Process oriented and help teams to align to the organisational objectives and Goals.
• Worked in scaled agile framework SAFe environment and holding a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification are preferred
