Job Description

  • Will be Supervising 4 to 5 branches of a particular region.
  • Will be the first point of contact and escalations for all the assigned branches.
  • All assigned branches need to report to zonal manager on daily basis.
  • Need to follow and pay keen attention on every assigned branch business and management functions.
  • Need to hold monthly review meetings with all branch managers to understand their requirements/needs and solve their operational issues. Need to assign revenue targets for each branch.
  • Need to design business model for each branch keeping in mind its location, walk inn capacity and customer categories, referring individual and parties of that location and nearby area, Competition presence in locality and other operational & logistical factors.
  • Need to keep track of sales/testing of branches on daily basis.
  • Need to acknowledge healthy branches and appreciate their efforts and make sure they continue on a profitable path. For branches who are under performing or sick need to more physically present there understand there issues and Restructure their operational functions accordingly.
  • Will be responsible for recruitment for all assigned branches. Need to raise the requisition with the central hiring team accordingly and hire manpower as needed.
  • Need to supervise area sales managers and formulate strong and practical sales strategies.
  • Take A.S.M assistance and periodically visit Doctors, Hospitals and concerned Health care centres to make sure smooth functioning of relationship.
  • Need to work with marketing managers in forming effective and innovating marketing activities/strategies which are best suited to local branches.
  • Take regular feedback of products and services from all branches.
  • Make sure customer data base is updated regularly branch wise and central customer service department is working in tandem with the branches.
  • Train/ mentor/ motivate all the branch managers and make sure that they operate efficiently.
  • Oversee efficient Inventory management with all branches. Make sure branches sufficiently supplied with required products and supplies.
  • Need to be in touch with central logistics department and keep updating them about requirement of branches on regular basis.
  • Make sure all branches Infrastructure. Lab, Equipment are maintained regularly and efficiently.
  • Make sure all branches Invoices, Bills, Stock inventory, A/C are in order and updated regularly.
  • Make sure all branches use authorised softwares for a/c, inventory, and customer data management.
  • Need to make sure all branch managers and staffs are well versed & trained with companys authorised softwares.
  • Make sure all employees are well trained on Hearing solutions products and services.
  • Need to monitor that all branches sending customers products/ instruments to central servicing team receive back products serviced on time and without indiscripencies.
  • Need to formulate realistic sales forecast and provide the information to the management.
  • Update the management of your local competitors practices and operation movements.
  • Make sure there is a healthy and efficient business relationship with in all the branches and also spirit of healthy competition.
  • Be the meaningful, effective and crucial bridge between the central management and the branches.
  • Take corrective actions in business policies; make sure all the instructions and updates from central management are passed smoothly to branches.
  • Make sure all the branches operate uniformly and use Standard Operating Procedure all time.
  • Need to solve any disputes between branches or between branch employees and assure smooth functioning of operations.
  • Have award & recognition events for branch managers and employees. Motivate and raise their moral for better performance and achievements.

  • Strong command & knowledge of M.S office.
  • Min Graduation P.G preferred.
  • Age 27 to 37 years.
  • Min Exp 4 to 5 years as Area or Zonal manager from any retail chain.
