CLIENT :
The client is a real estate arm of the company based at Durgapur West Bengal about 100 kn from Kolkata . The client is promarily into real estate development projects covering both Residential and commercial projects . The client is developing Town ship covering residential , commercial projects in the region . The client also has some big projects coming up in the other parts of india .

PROFILE : MANAGER ACCOUNTS & FINANCE
QUALIFICATION : CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
LOCATION : DURGAPUR ( WEST BENGAL )
EXP : 3 PLUS YEARS IN A REPUTED COMPANY
FUNCTION :
Key responsibilities:
Manages the general accounting functions of the Company including general Ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash management, reimbursements,
Preparations of monthly reports, Prepares reports which summarize business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses
Conducts timely review of Company's financial status and progress in its various Programs and activities
Be well versed in the financial laws, tax laws (Direct & Indirect)
Be well versed with applicable Accounting Standards & ensures implementation of the same in the Company.
Arranges and participates in audits of the Company's accounts (Internal, Statutory, Tax), acts as a primary contact for outside auditors to provide information and resolve problems.
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with banks and other financial institutions
Gathers and analyses financial data and prepares daily and monthly reports for management.
Maintains the Company's financial security by following internal controls
Candidate must have exposure of following:

Book Keeping
