Job Description
- Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
- Preparation and certification of RA bills.
- Identification and preparation of extra items.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of materials and contractors.
- Responsible for verification of certifies RA bills.
- Preparing all billing records and monitoring it.
- Preparing RA bills for the Projects (client and sub contract bills) on monthly basis.
- Getting approval from the client.
- Providing billing related information / documents to client as and when requires.
- Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills.
- Regular physical checking of the materials against the bills.
- Material Reconciliation.
- Debit Note : To ensure recovery against the reword / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendations from site.
- Advance Adjustments : Adjusting Advances on pro rate basis as per the contract terms and keeping the record of the same.
- Preparing certificate of payment.
- Getting the bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.
