Job Description
- Understanding the Scope of work, identify various activities to be carried out to implement the project
- Preparation of IWP (Initial work program) & DWP (Detailed work program)
- Preparation of L1, L2 & L3 program and Schedules of the project in Primavera P6
- Submission of Various Plan and Report for completion of Project Mobilization &Contractual Requirement.
- Resource calculation & Resource Assignment in DWP program
- Delay analysis and catch-up plans (Tracking the Project)
- 3 months rolling & 3 weeks rolling program
- Design & Procurement Coordination with sites
- Preparation of MPR (Monthly Progress Report)
- Preparation of DPR (Daily Progress Report)
- Quantities Estimation & Resource Levelling
- S Curve - Physical & Financial
- Preparation the Baseline program, Initial & Detail work program.
- Project Planning & Programming with Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Activity wise (WBS based) Planning & Resource loading.
- Time Location Chart Vector Diagram
- Generate the Financial & Physical Progress on monthly basis
- Financial Program, Budgeting & Costing.
- Preparation of MIS for the project
Candidate profile:
- Experience in EPC contracting is a must
- Strong project management and implementation skills.
- Domain expertise in engineering, planning & scheduling execution, monitoring site progress, cost control, resource planning and utilization
- Thorough understanding of construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing activities
- Experience in handling local level permissions/licenses for land, environment, will be desirable
