Job brief
The main responsibility of real estate sales managers is to motivate their agents to close sales. Managers develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale. Managers set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve.
Responsibilities
Meeting & Greeting the Clients.
Explain Product Offerings and facilitate Site Visits.
Coordinate with Internal Teams for Smooth Sales Process
Introducing New Channel Partners.
Maintaining smooth relations with Existing Channel Partners and Generating site visits through them.
Organizing Sales Promotions and Corporate Events to generate Leads.
Customer Interface till the handover.
Ensuring Accurate Details are entered in ERP
Preparing MIS, and monitoring the accuracy of data entered in CRM software.
Managing Inventory control & supply management in coordination with Management.
Requirements
Proven working experience in Sales of Real Estate domain
Well Networked and Innovative
Experience in providing customer service support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of CRM software, databases and tools
Awareness of industrys latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically and to lead a team.
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
BCom/BBA/BBM/MBA degree in Business Administration or related field
