e have Urgent Requirement for the Post Of: - Design Manager(peb)
Designation - Design Manager(PEB)
Experience 10 Years in Pre Engineered Buildings
Qualification B.Tech. (Civil)
Job Location: Faridabad
CTC Upto 1.25 Lacs/Month as per Candidate
Tasks & Responsibilities
Structural Design of Steel Building (P.E.B.) as per the Client Requirement.
Pre Design at Proposal Stage as economical to enable marketing person to get jobs.
Prepare an Estimate at Proposal Stage.
Detailed Design of every component in final Design Report.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, structural stability, soundness, and design safety, conformance with relevant codes at optimum cost.
Design buildings and structures assigned to him using design codes and specifications and procedures adopted by Interarch.
Maintain proper co-ordination with the clients and to participate in design meetings and attend clients meetings as required time to time
Maintain proper co-ordination with the Production Department to inform and to control such cases as special and non-standard inventory items, special requirements and discrepancies in material quantities.
Loading Codes:
MBMA (Metal Building Manufacturers Association)
IS 875 (Part I, II, III, IV) for Dead, Live & Wind Load analysis.
IS 1893-2002 For Seismic Analysis.
Design Code
ASCE/SE1-7; AISC-DESIGN MANUAL FOR STEEL CONSTRUCTION for Main Structural Member and AISI for Cold formed Steel member
IS800-1984 (WSD), IS800:2007 (LSD & WSD) for Main Structural Member, IS801, IS806 for Cold formed Steel member.
