• Roles and Responsibilities
• lGood command over English communication skillslTake actions in order to encourage timely payments Resolve customer credit issueslAnalysing all loans in default/arrears and recommend appropriate action plan of recoverylEnsure positive customer service experience in the process of collections and ensure high standards of customer service
• lEducating customers about the drawbacks of not repaying loans and converting their mind-set towards making payments.
• lDrive collection activity with customers
• lMake telephone Contact to customer and discuss their overdue payments Continue follow ups via mail, phone for overdue payments
• lMonitor outstanding payments on a daily basis Identify outstanding payment receivables
• Working:6 days (Rotational week off)
• Location:-HSR Layout
• Package:-1.92 LakhCTC
