Profile- Business Development Intern

Location- Malviya Nagar

Salary- Negotiable

Shift- Day shift with Saturdays and Sunday fixed offs

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new revenue for our client through new client acquisition and upselling of products and services to existing clients as assigned by management
  2. Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business
  3. Execute successful client contract negotiations and renewals
  4. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the industry, our services, and the competitive landscape
  5. Adroit in Brand Development.
  6. Developsimplementsandmanagesallmarketingcommunicationsincluding

Websites, digitalandprintadvertising, salesmaterialsandclient/salesmessaging.

  1. SalesincludeOnlinePresencePackages, SEO,SocialmediaEngagement,PPC,Websitesand Onlinevisibility.
  2. Leadgenerationthroughcoldcalling,marketing initiatives,outboundsalesandrespondingtoinbound inquiries.
  3. Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organisations
  4. Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
  5. Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
  6. Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
  7. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients
  8. Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
  9. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills
  10. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Companys plans
  11. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
  12. Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
  13. Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India
  14. Write compelling business proposals
  15. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
  16. Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
  17. Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking
  18. Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital
  19. Demonstrate initiative and drive

Skills:

  1. Should have good communication kills.
  2. Should have a good exposure towards the market.
