Responsibilities:
- Developing, testing and deploying new features and stories in small, cross-functional teams
- Actively partaking in and contributing to the development methodologies put in place by the team
- Taking ownership and being proactive about current and future projects
- Leading, mentoring and growing the team
- Ensuring high-quality code and reliability
Your profile:
- Excellent understanding of JavaScript (ES2015) and several years of production-level experience with at least one SPA framework (preferably React)
- Intermediate to advanced server-side knowledge (especially Node.js and PHP)
- Experience with testing (A/B, end-to-end, unit)
- An eye for design and working knowledge of UI/UX best practices
- Team leading skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced Agile development environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
