Job Description

Job Role

As a Connect team Executive, your duties will entail:

  1. Answering calls from Customers and noting their distresses or queries and provide necessary solution to them by connecting them to right resources as per procedure and protocol.
  2. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
  3. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
  4. Building relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability
  5. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  6. Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may best suit customers needs
  7. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
  8. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Other Requirements

  1. Experience in Customer care and voice process preferably international process
  2. Ability to understand various international accents
  3. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  4. Strong typing speed required
  5. Understanding of company products, services, and policies.

  1. Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  2. Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  3. Strong time management and decision making skills.
  4. Adaptability and accountability.
  5. Good logical and responsibilities.
  6. Strong Written skills.
