Job Description

Minimum 6-8 years of experience with at least 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Exposure to SAP Development environment, Scrum, JIRA, MS office, MS project
Ability to Lead the Grooming, Planning, Review and Retrospective meetings with project team
Can manage JIRA stories for business and track the progress
Should be able to Create and manage weekly & monthly Agile Compliance reports
Work with business and IT team for plan & coordinate release of features
Work closely with Development team, Business & QA teams to ensure story readiness
Experience to provide training to the team on the agile methodologies
Ability to resolve conflict with a continual focus on the Scrum values of openness, honesty, commitment, courage, and respect
Adept at identifying and removing impediments slowing the Development team down, as well as shielding the team from external interruptions and distractions
