Job Description

Join our open minded, progressive and dynamic team. In this role you will work with one of our world famous clients - top tier investment bank who are doing Front to Back Murex implementation.
As a Project Manager or Scrum Master you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver Murex features via sprints
Responsibilities
Managing a team to deliver Murex features via sprints
Business and IT Stakeholder Management & Communication
End to End management of Business requests prioritization, solution delivery, monitoring and reporting
Delivery Management
Build Dev Ops Strategy, Solutioning, tooling etc
Skills
Must - 12+ years of experience in IT outsourcing (off-shoring) domain;
- 5+ years experience in managing delivery teams on capital markets platforms
- 5+ years of experience in managing medium size engineering teams of 25+ FTE (ideally offshore working with an on-shore team)
Managing a team to deliver Murex features via sprints
- Strong team leadership skills
- Delivery & Solution focused
- Business and IT Stakeholder Management & Communication
- End to End management of Business requests prioritization, solution delivery, monitoring and reporting
- Strong experience in conceptualizing and implementing DevOps framework & tooling
- Strong Agile Delivery focus
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Understanding of organizational change concepts
- Excellent English, presentation and communication skills
- People management experience: appraisals, performance reviews and motivation
- Cross-cultural and distributed team management experience
- Software engineering background is highly desired
- Relevant PMI certification would be an asset, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Change & Run The BankSupport teams is desired
Nice to have Murex Project Program experience is desirable but not mandatory
