Job Description
Job Summary
To be part of growing Development Team with key focus on best practices and continuous integration and Deployment. This role works with multiple development teams to build scalable software and module development.
Desired Candidate
- Qualification: Bachelor?s Degree in computer science.
- Location: Petrolink Data Services Pvt. Ltd.,
- Experience in years: 6+ years.
- Notice Period: 30 days.
Duties Responsibilities
The scrum master is responsible for the over development of the product with in an Agile and potentially in a Test Driven Development environment.
- Responsible for Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Demo as well retrospective meetings.
- Ability to communicate well with all spheres of team members and ensure timely delivery is planned as well delivered.
- Ability to plan and forecast possible iterations and issues.
- Ability to estimate and plan effective sprints with less to nil backlogs.
- Ability to understand technological shortcomings and ensure teams are up to speed in each sprint.
- Help team to understand goals and what actions to be taken to achieve the goal.
- Look into any impediments and provide solutions then and there.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Owners and ensure the functional plans are agreed upon.
- Good understanding about user stories, backlog tracking, task management as well reporting with analysis of existing data.
- Work on Jira, Confluence and other collaborative tools.
- Ensure al tasks are upto date as per QMS procedure.
- Co ordinate with various teams for actual implementation and rollout.
