1.Excellent Knowledge of windows desktop, in particular window 10.
2.Good knowledge of Active Directory and Basic Office 365 administration skills.
3.Install, Configure, Troubleshoot issues related to PC desktops, laptops, networking and Cisco phones
4.Able to work effectively with vendors and suppliers by logging tickets and service requests.
5.Hands on experience with Ticketing tools is (Jira HelpDesk would be preferred)
6.Knowledge of VMware and Citrix or virtualization in general
7.Knowledge of Cisco CUCM / Unity/ PLM - Not mandatory
8.Knowledge on Backup platforms (Veritas Backup, Veeam Backup, etc...)
9.Excellent Comm Skills / Technical Skills / Trouble shooting skills / Customer Handling Skills.
10. Perform other related duties and tasks assigned.
