This is a job posting for the profile of a Telemarketing and Digital Marketing executive for a startup in the domain of Accounting and Taxation services. The position involves marketing our services to clients and generating leads through digital marketing. This is almost 70-80 % calling profile.
As a Tele Marketing Executive and Business Development Manager, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects and moving leads forward in the pipeline.

Responsibilities :
- The prime responsibility is to source new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and aggressive follow-ups. Database for calling will be provided by us.
- Converting the Lead, from the database provided by us.
- Cold Calling, Calling on assigned leads, Database calling.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Fixing & Taking appointments of concerned persons
- Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing
- Answering basic program related enquires - telephonic, emails or by any other mode.
- Achieve daily , monthly and annual set targets.
- Maintain daily record of every activity conducted , feedback generated
- Making outbound calls to target campaign specific potential Leads to meet the targets.
- Generating quality leads based upon the campaign specifications.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Content editing and posting
- Need to do Facebook, Email and whatsapp promotions
Skills Required :-
- Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients via email or calls.
- Track record of over-achieving goals
- Strong phone presence
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good knowledge of Excel & Word
- Good at coordinating and organizing tasks
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Up to date on the latest trends & technologies in digital marketing
- Able to manage multiple tasks & time sensitive duties
Preference will be given to 1-2 years of experience in similar role. However, fresher's with excellent communication skills and digital marketing exposure can also be considered.
Pay scale will be based on experience and last drawn salary plus incentives will be provided based on targets achieved.
Working Hours will be 10.30am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday.
