Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely compliances of various commercial arrangements with E-commerce market places and Government agencies.

Liasioning, follow ups with all concerned departments and persons with respect to the compliances.

Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys Tally or other account management system

Track receivables, including outstanding invoices and any required collection actions. Inform management accordingly

Accounting of foreign currency receivables, forward contract and Foreign exchange difference.

Preparing weekly management report on packing credits, status on collections and foreign debtors. Produces adhoc reports relating thereto.

Ensure reconciliation of accounts of group companies on a monthly basis.

Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

Carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate/ Inter CA in Commerce

7 years+ of relevant experience

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Must be hands on with bank account management, reconciliation, Tally software, TDS and foreign exchanges

Excellent organizational skills and a very effective multi-tasker

Must be able to work well under pressure, particularly when facing a deadline and should be flexible.

Performance driven, self-motivated, high on energy, outgoing, team leader, decision maker, problem solving skills, high integrity

CTC Budget: 6 to 9 Lakh
