We are having below opening with leading Company - Bangalore location
Job Profile :
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Responsible for Campus hiring, volume hiring and lateral hiring
Independently handling campus hiring coordination
Utilizing wide variety of methods to generate candidates including social media sourcing, job board posting, internal and external networking, referral programs Screening candidates resumes and job applications
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes Conduct telephonic and personal interviews with candidates Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status Administering appropriate company assessments
Arrange documentation of the selected candidates & coordination till onboarding
Performing reference and background checks Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Promote companys reputation as best place to work Completing timely reports on employment activity Expertise in handling recruitment activities for different business units across multiple locations and functions of the organization.
Educational Qualifications: Post graduate in HR would be preferable but not mandatory
Experience : 2-4 Years
Overall Candidate Profile Desired:
Good academic track record Possess excellent negotiation skills Strong believer in quality of work and friendly team environment
Salary: negotiable for the right candidate- according to experience and skills.
Job Timings : 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (First & third Saturday will be holiday)
