1. Graduate with 1-4 years of relevant experience in customer service.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Attend to customers inquiries and purchases.
4. Prompt, efficient and accurate reply to emails.
5. A thorough knowledge and understanding of our products, return policy and processes
6. Resolution of customer queries, issues and complaints as per SOP.
7. Co-ordination between various department
8.On calls-50% and Emails & chats-50%
