We are one of the premium Job Consultants doing pan India recruitments , located in Gurgaon .
CLIENT :
The client is a real estate arm of the company based at Durgapur West Bengal . Durgapur has its own Airport and is directly connected to Delhi and Kolkata with daily flights Incidentally the Company which owns the Airport has 25% shareholding in the Company that is hiring at present . West Bengal Govt too has considerable stake in the parent Company . The client is promarily into real estate development projects covering both Residential and commercial projects . The client is developing Town ship covering residential , commercial projects in the region . The client also has some big projects coming up in the other parts of india .

Founded by professionals with a rich experience of successfully delivering infrastructure projects across South and South East Asia, the client knows and understands the market, business culture, regulatory framework, infrastructural landscape and has extensive lenders & advisor networks. We have a proven track record in origination, development, financing, acquisition and divestment of infrastructure assets. We are present in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Singapore.
We have successfully developed and implemented sustainable and commercially viable infrastructure projects across different targeted sectors of development and investment like Energy infrastructure, Renewables, Thermal Power, Agricultural Infrastructure, Water Sanitation and Waste Management, Storage and Logistics, Transportation, and Oil Gas Infrastructure.
Apart from the above the 25% stake is held up by the Company that is operating the Durgapur Airport and has considerable presence in other infrastructure projects .
PROFILE : ENGINEER QUALITY CONTROL
QUALIFICATION :
LOCATION : DURGAPUR ( WEST BENGAL ) Having Airport and has direct flight to Delhi and Kolkata .
EXP : 5 PLUS YEARS IN A REPUTED COMPANY
FUNCTION :
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
To establish quality standards, implement stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of products.
To recommend / implement appropriate corrective actions to quality related issues .
Responsible for quality control and visual inspection of activities during construction with supporting documentation.
Ensuring adherence to the quality measures outlined.
To maintain all records of Q.C. Department as per revised Schedule.
To coordinate with Project Head for day to day activities regarding QA/QC.
Implementation of quality control manual.
Knowledge of latest technology, mixes, Quality standards.
Excellent managerial & technical skills.
Good time management and communication skills (oral & written).
Reviewing construction drawings and specification with respect to works.
Schedule inspections & testing services.
To conduct site visit and monitor Quality control system compliances.
To conduct random visit to Contractor facilities.
Review quality documents submitted by Contractors.
Review monthly summary reports on testing and inspection results.
Monitoring Quality control testing and procedures for conformance to the appropriate specific codes and standards.
Submitting quality control checklist to the PM.
Ensuring checklist is properly addressed prior to start of work.
Authorized to implement a stop order when materials, products or process are not willing the project specifications and standard.
Pre-work meeting with stakeholder to address/brief on quality procedure and other requirements need to pertaining work.
QUALIFICATION :
B.Tech. Civil with 5-12 years experience in Real Estate industry / Infrastructure industry .
SKILLS:
Must have excellent computer skills, including with excel, Word & Power Point.
Good leader who can help, motivate & lead groups. Strong writing and public speaking skills.
Strategic thinker with an ability to influence wide sphere of stakeholders.
Excellent verbal & written English language skills.
Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders internal & external.
Integrity & discretion in handling confidential information.
