SKILL SET 1 : TECHNICAL VOICE PROCESS- L1 SUPPORT.

  • Experience in Regional Service Desk / Level1 Support Desk
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in Incident Management & Monitoring tool (Dash Board)
  • Knowledge in DB/Unix/Windows/any other technologies (Mandatory)
  • Experience utilizing any of the tools for ITIL Ticketing REMEDY/CONTROL-M/SERVICE NOW
  • Work experience in Infra projects and have ITIL process knowledge in problem management or Capacity management, Configuration and Asset management
  • Willing to work in 24/7

 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Domain: Voice Process

Experience: 1 to 4 Years of Experience.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Full Time Course with No Backlogs)

Shifts: 24*7 Shifts/Rotational Shifts

Work Location: Hinjewadi, Pune (Only Interview is at Kapila Towers)

 SKILL SET 2 : CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUIVE

 The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive would be:

  • Managelargeamounts of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Should be ok to work in 24X7 environment and night shifts.
  • Should be ready to work in a target oriented portfolio.

Competencies and Skills Required

Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client company. Looking for candidates who have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem. A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired. The major skills and competencies that employers look for in a candidate are:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as aclient service representative
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Work Environment

This job operates in a call center office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, headsets & phones.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Sunday 24X7, 365 days a year with rotational shifts with 8 hours of calling time excluding breaks.

Required Education and Work Experience

  1. Full time graduate-With No Backlogs
  2. Fresher or Customer service experience in an international call center setting for a minimum of 12 months.
  3. Candidate should not have overall experience of more than 5 Yrs.
  4. For Experienced Candidates - Experience in UK market and regulatory knowledge (FCA) will be an added advantage.

 The candidate should carry below mentioned documents in Original:

  • 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation (Mark Sheet and Certificate). Provisional Degree Certificate
  • 2 Color Passport Size Photographs.
  • ID Proof Pan Card, Driving License, Voters ID, and Passport. AADHAAR CARD-Mandatory
  • Previous Employer Relieving Letter or Experience Letter. (If Any)
  • Current Employer Appointment Letter and Salary Slips (Last 2 - 3 Months) (If any)
