Job Description

1. A) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong knowledge on Relational Databases and SQL

Minimum of 2 years experience with Maria DB/MySQL Databases

Experience as a DBA in Production in critical environment

Knowledge on high-availability (master-master replication) and disaster recovery (backup and restore tools)

Good capacity in troubleshooting and solving performance issues (database tuning, query profiling)

Experience in data security policy (access-rules, encryption) to protect sensitive data

Strong system administration skills on Linux (Red Hat, CentOS distribution or equivalent)

Experience in script programming (Bash, Python).

EXPERIENCE (IN YEARS) : 4-5 years

EDUCATION : Graduate or equivalant

CERTIFICATION : DBA certification (Good to have, but not mandatory)

Candidate with Oracle, MySQL or MariaDDB Certification would be preferred.
