We have requirement of "Management Trainee" at Bangalore, who would be trained & will handle Chai Point store.

Job role involves independently handling of store and following are the KRAs:

Store Sales Management
Staff Performance Management
Inventory & Waste Management
Training & Staff Management
Maintaining the Store Hygiene
SSSG
Finance Management
Ritual Audit
Profit & Loss
