Manager/Senior Manager - Business Process Re-Engineering - IT - IIM/MDI/FMS/ISB
Job Description:-
Must have 8-14 years of experience with transformation, business process analysis, project management, documentation, and re-engineering. You will be responsible for understanding and documenting the current business process; identify improvement areas/opportunities to drive in operational efficiencies; You will be required interact with the executive management, senior leaders and other stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage large scale cross-functional transformation programs
- Understand and document the current working process in details (review, document and assess critical business processes)
- Identify (source) and manage external vendors from the delivery perspective
- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Project management, planning, tracking, coordination, usage of project management tools
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Identify, communicate, and report significant deviations from project plan/quality
- Track the working process and evaluate its effectiveness
- Support HODs with company cadence and creating the story and vision for India- leadership retreats and townhalls
Skillset Required (must have):-
- Exposure to working closely with CXOs
- Process transformation

- Excel modeling and powerpoint

Education: MBA from a tier 1 college
