Responsibilities
Strong process & Technical knowledge required in Computer Hardware and Software, Troubleshooting skills and methodologies, Desktop and Notebooks
Strong communication skills with neutral accent
Best in class service mindset in order to provide resolution to Customers, Suppliers & Partner queries w.r.t technical issues;
Make every caller a promoter for HP
Demonstrate Customer First culture by ensuring end to end ownership of every case/call received.
Work with L2, L3 engineers, support groups to ensure technical solution and customer satisfaction
