Designation - Administration - Travel Desk

Exp - min 1yr

Qualification - Any Graduate

Job Description:

Domestic & International Ticket Booking (workers, Staff , Directors)
Visa Processing (Workers Staff Directors)
Maintaining the records of International Ticket Booking
Vendor Follow up (Visa & Ticket Booking)
Tie up with Airlines & Vendors for Domestic Ticket Booking
Preparation of Agreements with Vendors & Airlines
Vendor Management
Verifying the invoice of Vendors and submitting to Accounts for Payment
Taking Follow up of Credit Note with the Vendors
Keeping NRI days records for all the Directors
Booking Miles Ticket for Directors
Domestic Hotel Booking for all the staff & Directors

Candidate Preference:

The candidate must have Good communication skills - Verbal && written
Should have knowledge of Amadeus (Its a ticket booking tool) or Galileo or Sabre (tools)
