1. Team handling team of approx. 7 to 10 BLG RM

2.    Channel development and activation Branches, ETRG, Wealth, RAC, Asset 3.    Knowledge of working capital finance OD / CC / LC / BG/ TL/ EPC / PCFC / Buyers Credit / Derivative

4.    Portfolio handling ERV customer base of 150+ customers relationship and increasing the wallet share

5.    Adaptability to new product and processes digital lending is the way forward

6.    Process understanding and adherence

7.    Collaboration between various groups

a.    Sourcing channels Branch / ETRG / Wealth / RAC / Retail assets

b.    Processing channels CPG, RCU, MVG

c.    Documentation Legal, LOPS, COPS, CAG, CMOG

d.    Other departments Auditors, Lawyers, Product team
