1. Min - 4-5 years' experience with team leader experience is mandate.
2. Prior experience has to be from customer care and technical support voice international processes .
3. Good understanding of Voice/email/chat KPI's in customer service.
4. Good knowledge on reports and formulas
5. Should be willing to work in any shifts
6. Should be able to work under pressure
7. Good communication skills
8. Good analytical and presentation skills
9. Min qualification has to be graduate
