Tech Mahindra is Hiring for HR Executive/Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding the client requirements and manage end to end recruitment.

2. Sourcing and callingcandidatesthrough Database / Job portals / Social media.

3. Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates.

4. Following up with the candidates for interview.

5. Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews.

6. Supporting in onboarding formalities.

7. Target Based Job.

8. 6working days in a week.

Requirements:

1. Graduates/Post Graduateshaving minimum6 Monthsof recruitment experienceinto a BPO sector.

2. Freshers can also apply.

Job Location: Mumbai / Pune

Nature Of Job: Contract
