Job Description 1+ Years of Software development experience Python development experience (more than just scripting) Experience programming in a Linux environment (preferably Ubuntu) Programming language: Python / Java JSON / XML. Python is a must. Java is a plus. SOA - Microservices API : REST / HTTP / Webservice GUI: Angular 2+ / React.js DB: Oracle / Neo4J Working knowledge of Linux Containers / Docker Independent and self - driven application level development Understanding of Networking devices and interfaces. Development of NMS / EMS systems or OSS a Plus Responsibilities Responsible for the design , development , testing , documentation and analysis of modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and products. Develops and / or executes implementation according to project plans and priorities. Able to work independently General Activities Major activities involve: - Creating / Extending adapters interfacing with network devices , NMS or EMS - Creating service templates / Service models - Understanding the existing code and extending the core product components using Python on micro services framework Collaboration with stakeholders Work in a global team environment.
