Product Development & Delivery Manager @ SeaChange

Job Description

• Assist the Product Management team to drive and oversee the vision, roadmap for Rave , Nitro and related product integrations


• Define, document and manage our API / integrations strategy working closely with both internal and partnersrsquo engineering teams


• Define roadmap and lead continuous delivery of successive partner/other integrations to keep time to market and functionality considerations


• Lead analyses and recommend new platform solutions and extensions that are innovative, easy to use and easy to deploy while meeting customer requirements and commitments


• Identify API / Integrations strategy for platform


• Work with clients and partners to ensure successful delivery of platform capabilities from beta release through general availability


• Analyze and research broader market trends, technology trends, competitors, and industry analyst feedback


• Gather input and feedback from all teams including Development, Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts


• Write user stories, collaborate with design, prioritize backlog of features, and drive the product development process for your team.


• Define, measure, and optimize product performance for your experiences

  Qualifications:

  
  


• At least 8 years product /project management experience with a minimum of 3 yearsrsquo experience as a software developer in multiple programming languages and knowledge of web technologies


• Experience with Agile development methodologies


• Effective track record in the role of Product Owner on Agile Scrum teams. This includes defining user stories, prioritizing backlog of features, incorporating user input, and managing releases.


• Experience in using APIs, SDKs, and Developer Portals.


• You find joy in translating techno-speak into succinct terms that anyone can understand.


• Experience and passion for simplifying complex challenges into simple,elegant and manageable features and delivery phases


• Experience working in large organizations as well as small startups.


• Exceptional communication skills
