Job Description
Responsibilities
Ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget with high customer satisfaction and the planned margins Ensure signoff is obtained for all implementation projects with high customer satisfaction Able to manage multiple project leads and get work done without any major escalations Able to identify appropriate vendor or netcon resource to ensure quality delivery and meet budget Ensure timely delivery of materials for project implementation and there is not delay in project start Ensure timely invoices are raised and sent to customers Ensure team morale is high and project delivery is very effective Ensure all team members training needs are taken care and team members have adequate products certified experts Ensure all customer escalations are handled and issues resolved with complete satisfaction of the customer Managing customer relationship effectively Ensure compliance of PO Terms, Documentation, Invoicing and quality terms are met without any exception Ensure all our AMC customer SLAs are met Must be able foresee risks and plan project implementations appropriately Able to work with sales and technical team to resolve any conflicts or issues effectively Ensure all request from manager/management are completed in timely manner without any delay unless prior notification for not being to meet is sent prior to the event Required Skills: Should have strong knowledge in TCP/IP and OSI models Should have experience in handling Routing Protocols like RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP Should have experience in VLAN, STP, Policy Based Routing, NAT, VOIP, IP SLA, Wireless, IPSEC, SSL VPN and Security Should have knowledge in Unified Thread Management Competency with Unix/Linux scripting and tools and their application to network engineering, monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting Should be able to identify network issues related to WEB Application, DNS, DHCP, MAIL, Active Directory and Radius Server Must have very effective oral and written communication skills Must have strong team and project management skills Must have strong time management skills and be able to resolve complex issues Must have good interpersonal skills and ethical Must have good listening and presentation skills Education, Experience and Certification.
