Qualification: H.S.C + 6 months of any experience or more
Graduate Freshers
S.S.C with 3 years diploma is accepted which would be considered as an H.S.C however the candidate should have minimum 6 months of any experience
Age Criteria: 19 to 54
Job Description:
1. Voice process (Inbound )
2. Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues
3. Reply to customers and address their concerns
4. Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues
5. Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
6. Good career growth.
Must have Good Communication Skills.
*Must be comfortable for Calling.
*Handling enquiries & coordinating/following up accordingly.
*Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet . "
Salary- Up To 34k Take Home + Incentives*
