Experience 10+ yrs.

Job Location- IB Automation Engineering Projects Pvt. Ltd., Shivajinagar, Pune.

Responsibilities

• Team building and Business Growth is sole responsibility.
• Driving team of Marketing.
• Visit to the customers.
• Searching new customers.
• Contact customers for inquiries and orders.
• Introducing companys profile to the customers.
• Customer interaction, negotiation, taking budget, understanding technical needs.
• Getting inquiries, providing techno Commercial offers and getting the orders.
• Making the quotations and continuous follow up /communication with the customer to get P.O.
• Payment terms need to discuss with your leads.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the companys services and products by addressing or predicting clients objectives.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information and data confidential.
• Build long term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Take Forward new business by coordinating, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract, requirements with business operations.
• Monthly MIS should be submitted to IB Management prior to salaries on 25th every date of month.
