Job Description
AMSYS is looking for a skilled resource for its Mumbai Office to help manage small to medium sized projects around the United States.
Candidate will work closely with our Main office in Houston, TX, USA, and will work with teams across the globe.
Candidate’s English skills are important for communication with remote employees and customers.
Candidate is expected to be available from 7.30 pm to 4.30am CST Monday-Friday.
Workload consists of;
Use AMSYS systems and protocols to create, manage and close projects.
Update customer daily on progress, risk, expectations
Manage technician time and workflow to ensure customer satisfaction
Set proper daily expectations with the customer and AMSYS staff
Using AMSYS internal CRM tool to update tickets daily.
Work with project team to create overview and help define scopes of work with clients.
Know when an onsite assistance is needed and advise the project team
