Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Senior ETL/ Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to fill a permanent position in our growing BI and EPM team.

The position will be responsible for planning, designing, configuring, developing, testing, deploying and supporting ETL/BI solutions. The candidate creates and maintains ETL specifications and process documentation to produce the required data deliverables (data profiling, source to target maps, ETL flows). He/she develops and uses ETL applications to perform data analysis, create technical designs and provide applications support.

The candidate should have 7+ years experience in developing ETL / business intelligence solutions. The position requires strong SQL knowledge and an advanced understanding of working in a data warehouse environment, which includes data design, data integration, database architecture, report development and application tuning. He/she will work closely with BI and EPM team members to develop and deploy new BI solutions and manage change requests

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain the BI presentation layer
Design, develop, test, implement and support of BI reports, dashboards and analytic solutions
Prepare and Provide user training and support
Communicate and advocate best practices and new features/content to the BI User community
Review, Improve and create Report/Dashboards based on state- of- the- art analytics/features and new content added
Develop and update guideline and technical documentation
Manage user/change requests following approvals and internal SOD rules; Skills and Qualifications
BE/BTech/MCA/Msc
5 to 8 yrs experience in developing state- of- the- art BI solutions
Strong knowledge in SQL, Relational Database
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in User training and support
Business acumen and problem- solving aptitude
Good sense for visualizations and design to turn data into insights
Good Knowledge of ETL (ODI) is a plus
Experience with Oracle ERP (E- Business Suite 11.5.10 or R12) is a plus
Experience with Oracle EPM (Planning, Essbase, MDX) is a plus
Knowledge on Atlassian (Jira and Bitbucket) is a plus
