Our products include Connected Capture, Connected Archive, Web Archive Business Solutions.  The SRE L4 team is looking for a developer to join and help build tooling, and support incident response in SaaS Operations. The L4 team is responsible for delivering strategic solutions to complicated production issues. We partner with Delivery, Platform, SRE, and Product Engineering on all levels of software development. Smarsh products include large data stores and distributed systems. Team members work with all components of the architecture during day- to- day efforts.  Roles Responsibilities  Product enhancements and code refactoring across multiple services and APIs  Tools to be used by automated systems and/or other team members to remove toil  Projects that facilitate education and mentorship of SaaS Operation standards  Do root cause analysis and provide solutions based on priority.  Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem- solving environment.  Ability to work with product management and cross functional teams for technical and business requirements.  Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.  Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Desired skills experience  5+ years of experience in full stack software development in enterprise environment.  2+ years of experience with cloud and multi- cloud solutions.  Good working knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.  Good working knowledge of Relational and No- SQL databases  Exposure to Java, JavaScript, Python, Kafka, Apache Storm, Elasticsearch, MongoDB and other big data technologies will be an advantage.  Basic understanding of Linux and networking with comfort working in Linux environment  Having exposure to stream processing and search technologies is added advantage.  Enthusiastic to learn and work in customer facing environment.  Good communication skills  Why Smarsh Ready to join a thriving tech company that s redefining digital archiving and business intelligence Smarsh is the leading comprehensive archiving platform.
