Job Description

We are hiring for International & Domestic BPO's for Voice profile.
Required: Decent Communication Skills.
Apply: Freshers / Under-Graduate / Graduate.

Location: Gurgaon, Delhi
Process: Customer Service Executive, Tech Support, Tech Sales, International Travel sales
Job Responsibilities:-

1.Responsible for handling international calls from clients.

2.Will require addressing irate/demanding customers in a tactical manner in necessary situations.

3.Requires maintaining 100% Quality compliance as per our Compliance Guidelines.

4.Basic Computer Technical knowledge is essential

5.Ensuring that the customer issues are taken on priority with an effort for quick solution & services are rendered to them as required.

Desired Skills-

6.Fresher or Candidates with experience in international sales can apply.

7.Excellent English communication skills are must.

8.Should be able to work as a multitasking person during transaction handling.

9.Disciplined and systematic problem solving skills are required

10.Willing to work in night shift.

Salary Range: 1,00,000/- to 2,50,000/- plus Incentives.

SALARY depends on the Interview (Negotiable),
