We are one of the premium Job Consultants doing pan India recruitments , located in Gurgaon .
CLIENT :
The client is a real estate arm of the company based at Durgapur West Bengal . Durgapur has its own Airport and is directly connected to Delhi and Kolkata with daily flights Incidentally the Company which owns the Airport has 25% shareholding in the Company that is hiring at present . West Bengal Govt too has considerable stake in the parent Company . The client is promarily into real estate development projects covering both Residential and commercial projects . The client is developing Town ship covering residential , commercial projects in the region . The client also has some big projects coming up in the other parts of india .

Founded by professionals with a rich experience of successfully delivering infrastructure projects across South and South East Asia, the client knows and understands the market, business culture, regulatory framework, infrastructural landscape and has extensive lenders & advisor networks. We have a proven track record in origination, development, financing, acquisition and divestment of infrastructure assets. We are present in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Singapore.
We have successfully developed and implemented sustainable and commercially viable infrastructure projects across different targeted sectors of development and investment like Energy infrastructure, Renewables, Thermal Power, Agricultural Infrastructure, Water Sanitation and Waste Management, Storage and Logistics, Transportation, and Oil Gas Infrastructure.
Apart from the above the 25% stake is held up by the Company that is operating the Durgapur Airport and has considerable presence in other infrastructure projects .
Durgapur has its Airport and has daily flights from Delhi / Kolkata etc .
PROFILE : CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER ( CFO)
QUALIFICATION : CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT / MBA Finance
LOCATION : DURGAPUR ( WEST BENGAL ) Having Airport and has direct flight to Delhi and Kolkata .
EXP : 10 PLUS YEARS IN A REPUTED COMPANY
REQUIREMENT :
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities , as well as attention to detail
Strong leadership , decision- making and communications skills
Self- motivated and able to work under pressure with the ability to perform multi- task in a fast- paced environment
Responsible for directing an organization's overall financial policies.
Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.
Designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports.
Provide strategic financial recommendations to the Management
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Assume responsibility for compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
Manage internal and external audit processes
Oversee the company's tax and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all appropriate returns and documents are filed in a timely manner.
Manage, monitor and evolve the financial systems of the organization to support the company's overall strategic goals.
Required skills :
Candidate should have In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As head of finance team, the candidate will have to establish and take care of finance, accounts and tax practices of the Company and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines and standards in maintenance of accounts
The candidate will also assist senior management in business strategy formulation and preparing & presenting business plans, financials & projections to Board and shareholders.
The candidate is expected to spend substantial time on development of reporting requirements as well as to ensure Company is in compliance of all applicable rules and regulations.
