  • Process Training
  • Quality Monitoring
  • Calibrations and PIP
  • Answering Escalations
  • Client Communication
  • New process transitioning
  • Cab: No
  • Week-off: Even Weeks = 2 day/week & Odd Weeks = 1 day/week.
  • Week-offs are scheduled between Mon-Fri only
  • Candidates from outside Bangalore are welcome

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Stable career history
  • Excellent Spoken & Written English
  • 2+ yrs of Team handling Experience in International Inbound Voice Process
  • 4+ yrs of total Experience in International Inbound Voice Process
